Telco representatives met to discuss digital infrastructure investment on the Sunshine Coast.
RDA Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Council and Noosa Council representatives recently met with several major telecommunications organisations to discuss accelerating investment in digital infrastructure, one of the key actions listed in the Digital Sunshine Coast: Draft Action Plan for public consultation. Participants discussed opportunities to work collaboratively to help businesses and residents access high speed broadband for both economic and social benefit. The New York-based Intelligent Community Forum (ICF) has announced the world’s Smart21 Communities of 2015 – with the Sunshine Coast named as one of the 21 for the second year in a row.
