Digital Business Kits

Digital Business Kits (DBK) provide industry-specific information and resources to assist small-to-medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations engage in the digital economy and take advantage of the opportunities available through digital technology. The DBK is a partnership between the Australian Government and nine industry peak bodies, designed to address industry-specific gaps in digital knowledge and promote increased use of innovative digital solutions by business to market products and services, engage with clients and improve business operations. Digital Enterprise Program for SMEs

The Digital Enterprise program provides free group training and face-to-face support for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and not-for-profit organisations (NFP) to help improve the way they do business and deliver services online. SMEs: Driving Our Digital Economy

New research from the Australian Communications and Media Authority  (ACMA) shows that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in the growth of Australia’s digital economy. The ACMA research has proven that Australia’s SMEs who are connected to the internet are taking advantage of online opportunities and services. While 30 per cent of small businesses already sell products or services online, there are a number of businesses that would like to learn. Research shows that 30 percent of SMEs want to sell goods and services online, and 26 per cent want to accept online payments.
